The Sharon Springs Poetry Festival returns October 15–17, 2026, presented by the Klinkhart Hall Arts Center. Continuing a tradition founded by Pulitzer Prize–winning poet Paul Muldoon, the festival brings distinguished voices in contemporary poetry to a small village setting, where readings, conversations, and workshops unfold over the course of a long autumn weekend. As in
Klinkhart Hall Arts Center’s programs are made possible in part by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
Most of our events are free to attend, but they are not cost-free to produce.
