Phoebe MacGillivary brings a wide-ranging background in social services, business ownership, philanthropy, and historic preservation to her work with Klinkhart Hall Arts Center. Her professional experience has included leadership roles in hospital social service departments, work in crisis support, and many years as the owner of Victoria Stamp Company, an internationally respected business specializing in rare British Commonwealth stamps and postal history. Deeply engaged in community life and charitable work, she has also founded and directed a fund supporting families in need and has long been active in preservation and volunteer efforts. She has served on the Board of Directors of Klinkhart Hall Arts Center since January 2026.
