Angelica Palmer leads Adult Contact Improvisation at the 2026 Sharon Springs Dance Festival. Her class explores movement, creativity, and connection through shared movement, balance, momentum, and physical awareness.

Through guided exercises and playful exploration, participants discover new ways of moving independently and with others, responding to movement as it unfolds rather than following predetermined choreography. The class encourages curiosity, spontaneity, and creative expression in a welcoming setting. No previous dance experience is necessary.
